NORTH CAROLINA  - PATENT ATTORNEY/AGENT POSITION (Updated. June 5, 2013):

Smith & Hopen is opening an office in the NC Research Triangle. Applicants must be registered to practice before the UPSTO and strong preference will be given to those who have experience in technology transfer at research institutions. Admission to NC Bar is a plus. Applicants must be willing to spend 1-2 weeks training in Florida prior to returning to NC.
